Volunteer at JA Finance Park

JA Finance Park® is an innovative learning experience designed to equip young people with the knowledge and skills they need to understand and manage their personal finances. The program blends classroom instruction with an immersive on-site simulation which helps students build a foundation on which they can make intelligent financial decisions that last a lifetime.

Program Themes

• Identify personal interests, skills, work preferences, and values.
• Evaluate the risks and benefits of saving and investing.
• Understand risk and recognize insurance as a way to mitigate it.
• Define taxes, explain their purpose, and understand their impact on everyone.
• Explain the importance and use of budgets.
• Create a successful budget based on hypothetical life scenarios.

How You Can Participate

As a volunteer, you'll guide middle and high school students through a hands-on, real-world simulation where they learn to manage personal finances, make informed decisions, and develop critical life skills. Whether you're an individual or part of a corporate group, your time and support can make a lasting impact.
