JA Inspire is a dynamic career exploration program designed by Junior Achievement to help middle and high school students connect their education to the real world of work. Through a combination of classroom sessions and an interactive career fair, JA Inspire exposes students to a variety of career pathways, industries, and opportunities, empowering them to start thinking about their future goals and the steps needed to achieve them.

Why exhibit at JA Inspire?
- Last year, over 12,000 local students participated in JA Inspire! As an exhibitor, you'll engage a diverse student population and provide insight into your company and career pathways you offer.
- Showcase your organization through a fully customizable virtual booth with the ability to share downloadable information and resources. Students will be able to visit & revisit your booth content from March through June 2025.
